High-season, December, June, July & August, $10900.00 per month

Rates DO NOT include:
Minimum $250 Cleaning Fee or Mandatory State of Hawaii Taxes (11.75%).

Optional maid service is available with advance notice. All additional, optional maid service is privately contracted by our guests and the on-call housekeeper we retain.

Reservation Deposit is 50% of the total rental fee at time of booking. $500 Refundable Security/Damage Deposit due at time of booking. Until Deposit is received, rates are subject to change without notice. Reservations become confirmed upon receipt of deposit and return of signed contracts.

There is an optional two payment plan for all reservations, with balance of fees due 75 days prior to date of check-in.

Complimentary, mid-stay maid service is provided with some extended stays.
Extended stays of more than 30 days require a minimum $350 cleaning fee and
regularly scheduled housekeeping visits. Security deposits are determined at
the time of booking for stays longer than 30 days.

Security Deposit

The refundable security deposit will be returned in a timely manner.

If reservation is made within 75 days of arrival, entire fee is due upon reservation.

If reservation is made past 75 days of arrival, the remainder of the balance then becomes due on or before 75 days from your arrival date.

There is a non-refundable cancellation fee of $250 upon receipt of reservation.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your reservation up to 75 days prior to your arrival, however, there will be a re-listing and bookkeeping charge of $250.00 for reservations that are cancelled outside the 75 day time-frame. This fee will be deducted from the reservation deposit. If cancelled within the 75 days of your reservation arrival date you are responsible for the entire rental fee and will not receive a refund unless AGENT can re-rent the property for the same time period at comparable rate. The AGENT will do their best to re-rent the property at the same price for the same time period. However, should the unit rent for a lesser amount than was originally contracted for, you shall be responsible for any difference in rental fees. For your own peace of mind we recommend that you consider trip cancellation insurance.
